Special session called for SunRail - Orlando Business Journal:
December 2 2009, 11:00am
Florida legislators agreed to a special session to address a bill that could help move along the $1.2 billion SunRail commuter rail system.
Scheduled for Dec. 3, the session will look at a proposed bill that would create a Florida Rail Enterprise within the Department of Transportation — much like the existing Florida Turnpike Enterprise — that would oversee passenger rail systems.
